We hire at the entry rank of each branch and promote from within. Every application is vouched for by people already on staff, so the first step is knowing someone who will put their name to yours.

A reference from Leadership counts as two, and can cover either kind. Guards, Operations and Contractors cannot give references. You can see who holds which rank on the Team page.
How it works
- Pick the position you want and tell us about relevant experience.
- Name the staff you'd like to vouch for you. They each get a notification and answer on the site — you'll see how many have come back, never who said what.
- Once you have enough references your application goes to our Leadership for a decision. Any branch head may block an application.
- If you're accepted you're hired straight into the rank you applied for.
A refusal uses up one of your slots, so choose who you ask carefully. Unanswered requests lapse after two weeks and free the slot again.
